Qualified returns are eligible for store credit or refund to the original payment method. Please allow 1-2 weeks after the return is received for processing of all return credits or refunds.
Returns not related to quality issues,shipping charges cannot be refunded by FURNINXS; all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
No credit will be issued for weather-related delays.
As such, FURNINXS is not responsible for loss or damage of items approved for return; please ship all returns via insured shipment methods to avoid loss or damage.
We suggest shipping returns via USPS or UPS so that the package can be tracked.
