Delivery Time

Our items generally leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified in the product details. In-stock items are typically delivered within 5-7 days. Product shipping time will display on product page. To avoid over production and provide the best price for our customers, some products will be sent out within 2 weeks.

Note: Usually 3 -5 days for delivery. Due to COVID-19, some might take 3 - 15 days for delivery.

FURNINXS gladly accepts orders within United States Law. Available products, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address and the rules and regulations of local authorities. Contact customer support for more information on expedited shipping methods.

Free Shipping

FURNINXS is happy to offer free shipping . Free shipping does no apply to orders with product discounts or coupon codes already applied. Free shipping only applies to the contiguous United States.

Tracking a Shipment

Shipments can be tracked on the FURNINXS website, using the order number  that was provided in placing the order.

Refer to emails sent by FURNINXS for the username associated with your account. Refer to the Password Reset Section to retrieve a new password via the email that we have on file for your account.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order is damaged or missing items, then you must contact service@furninxs.com within 3 business days of the date the order was delivered to open a claim. All claims are required to include your order number and pictures that show proof of damage.

If you believe your order has been lost or stolen, then you must contact us at service@furninxs.com to report the issue within 3 business days of the order’s expected delivery date.

Please note: When you report a lost or stolen order, we will file a claim with the carrier in an attempt to help locate your package. If the carrier is unable to validate the claim, FURNINXS cannot be held liable for any actions that occur after a package has been delivered, including theft.
